These maps show the percentage of people who say that their local area has experienced flooding in the past 12 months and who think that climate change is affecting flooding in the UK in all local authorities in the United Kingdom. Nationally, only 31% of Britons report experiencing flooding, compared to 69% who think that climate change is affecting flooding. However, in some local authorities, like Herefordshire and Worcester, over 80% of people report experiencing flooding in the past 12 months. Data: Yale UK Climate Opinion Maps, 2024.
