Yale Program on Climate Change Communication

Sanjana Bhatnagar is a Master of Environmental Management candidate at the Yale School of the Environment. Her academic inquiry centers on expanding storytelling around the non-material dimensions— social, cultural, and philosophical— of environmental issues. Prior to YSE, Sanjana earned a BA in Philosophy and Environmental Analysis (Sustainability and the Built Environment) from Pitzer College in Claremont, California, and worked in place-based education and development roles across parks and open space organizations in New York City. Alongside her work with YPCCC, she is a co-founder and developer at Bioregion Studios, an environmental game design studio that seeks to connect people to their local ecosystems through play.
