These maps show the percentage of Indians in each state who say they are worried about global warming (89% nationally), think global warming will harm them and their family (78% nationally), think global warming will harm people in their community (82% nationally), and think global warming will harm people in India (85% nationally). Across the country, Indians are worried about global warming, but more North Indians think it will harm them, their families, and their communities. Data: India Climate Opinion Maps, 2026.
